Repair Floor Before Sanding
Our repair service includes carefully removing and replacing damaged or loose wooden floorboards, filling gaps, and securely re-gluing any detached pieces. We expertly restore stability and strength, ensuring your flooring stays safe, durable, and visually appealing for years to come.

Sanding Process
We use professional BONA dust-free sanding machines to carefully remove the top, damaged layer of your wooden floor. This process eliminates old finishes, surface scratches, stains, and unevenness. We work with a range of sanding grits — typically starting from grit 24 up to 100 or higher, depending on the floor’s condition. The result is a smooth, clean surface that reveals the natural beauty of the wood and prepares it for finishing.

Gap Filling
Gap filling is an essential part of the floor restoration process. Over time, small gaps can appear between the wooden boards due to shrinkage, wear, or changes in humidity. We use a high-quality filler made from fine wood dust (collected during sanding) mixed with a strong resin-based binder—either water- or alcohol-based—to create a blend that matches the original wood in both color and texture.
This mixture is applied across the entire floor using a trowel to ensure all visible gaps are filled evenly. For wider gaps (typically over 3mm), we use wood strips for added strength and durability. Proper gap filling improves the floor’s appearance, prevents dirt accumulation, and creates a smooth, seamless surface ready for finishing.

Polishing
Once the sanding and gap filling is complete, we use a professional orbital polishing machine to gently smooth the entire surface of the floor. This step removes any remaining micro-scratches, levels out the filler, and prepares the wood for finishing. The polishing process enhances the natural grain of the timber and ensures that the final layer of lacquer or oil adheres evenly and effectively.
This stage is essential for achieving a refined, silky-smooth surface and a flawless final result.

Finishing – Lacquer & Oiling
The finishing process is the final, essential stage in restoring your wooden floor, providing protection, beauty, and long-lasting durability. We start by applying a high-quality primer, which seals the pores of the wood after sanding and polishing, creating an ideal base. After this, we carefully apply two or more coats of premium lacquer or wood oil, depending on your preference. Available finishes include gloss, semi-matt, matt, or ultra-matt, offering a look tailored precisely to your taste.
Between applications, we lightly buff the penultimate coat of lacquer, ensuring the final surface is exceptionally smooth and flawless. This meticulous approach guarantees the perfect final result—a beautifully restored floor with enhanced natural beauty and exceptional protection against everyday wear and tear.

The re-sanding procedure not only eliminates deep scratches and dirt but also rejuvenates the wooden floor, reflecting in its restored aesthetics and durability.
